Please read these T&Cs before using our Foodiebook.co.uk website (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these T&Cs that apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

Content Our Service allows you to post, link, modify recipes, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of recipes that appear in Content. You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness and fully responsible to ensure any recipe is safe for the user.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these T&Cs
(ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
(iii) you do not use the Content to advertise or post inappropriate / irrelevant Content.

You are obligated to ensure the Content is free from malware threats such as viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, ransomware or any code of a destructive nature.  

Published and Private Recipes
Recipes added to the Service and not published are termed as “Private” and remain in the ownership of you the author. The author retains any and all rights to any Content submitted and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

When you upload content and let everyone see it (Publish it) you give to Foodiebook.co.uk. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use that Content indefinitely.
 
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the T&Cs, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy and we endeavor to comply with GDPR

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach our T&Cs.  You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by deleting your account on the website. When so doing your personal details will be deleted in accordance to GDPR. Your unpublished recipes will be deleted but we retain the right to use your published recipes.
All provisions of the T&Cs which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
 
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Foodiebook.co.uk. and its licensee and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these T&Cs will remain in effect.
