Ingredients & Prep

Lamb leg cut into cubes
Marinade

Greek yogurt
1 tbsp
Garlic finely grated
20 g
Fresh coriander, chopped
1 tbsp
olive oil
2 tsp
Lime juice
1 tsp
Salt
2 Cardamom pods ground
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon ground
1 tsp
Cumin ground
1 tsp
coriander ground
Method
Step 1
Grind cardamom pods into a powder. Place all marinade ingredients including oil into a bowl including cardamom powder, mix well add lamb & marinate for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Skewer lamb cubes onto metal skewers leaving a 5mm gap between each piece of meat, keep remaining marinade.
Step 3
Pre heat oven to 180'c, place a sheet of foil on a non stick baking sheet, place kababs in a row 2cm apart, place another sheet of foil over the top of the kababs a seal around the edge, cook for 20 mins.
Step 4
Remove foil re-coat with the marinade cook for a further 10 mins without the foil.
Suggestion & Tips
Have with flat bread, or cook on the barbeque.
