16 Chicken wings raw
Marinade

Butter very soft
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
Chilli powder
Coating

Tomato ketchup
1 Onion finely chopped
3 Garlic cloves chopped
50 g
Black treacle
1 tbsp
Cider vinegar
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
Ground coriander
1 tsp
Ground cumin
1 tsp
Ground allspice
1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Veg oil
Method
Step 1
Pre- heat oven to 140°C fan.
Step 2
Cut through both joints on the wing & discard wing tip, you should be left with 2 pieces per wing, place in a bowl butter, Worcester sauce & chilli powder mix well then add wing pieces mix well & set aside at room temp for 20 mins while oven heats up, then put wings into a baking tray & bake for 25 mins, when done remove drain off excess fat.
Step 3
Next make the sauce, add oil & onion to a saucepan, cook on a med heat until the onion starts to colour, then add the rest of the sauce ingredients, then simmer for 15 mins, when done pour over wings mix to coat then serve warm.
Suggestion & Tips
You could use chicken thighs.
