Ingredients & Prep

   800 g  Potato Reds or Russets cut into fries skin on
   2 Garlic cloves finely grated
   4 tbsp  White truffle infused olive oil
   1/2 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper
   1/2 tsp  Salt


  Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 170°C fan.
  Step 2
Place potatoes fries into a baking tin, then add truffle oil, Garlic, Salt & Pepper & mix well to coat the fries.
  Step 3
Place in the oven for 35 mins giving the tin/fries a shake half way through the cooking, when crispy around the edges & soft in the middle they are done.

Suggestion & Tips

Very nice with either ranch dressing or chive & garlic sour cream.
