Ingredients & Prep

Bok choy quartered
1 tbsp
Groundnut or veg oil
4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
2 Shallots finely chopped
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Sesame oil
1/2 Red chilli (finely chopped (optional)
Method
Step 1
In a wok or frying pan on a med to high heat, add shallot & garlic & fry for 1 1/2 mins, add chilli if using & fry for 30 sec, if not then add soy sauce, sesame oil & Bok Choy toss or stir for a further 4 to 5 mins.

Nice side dish with Chinese Beef, Duck & Pork dishes.
