Ingredients & Prep

   800 g  Potatoes with skins on cut into wedges
   250 g  Cheese cheddar grated
   4 Bacon rashers chopped
   2 tbsp  Olive or Veg oil
  Ranch seasoning
   1 tbsp  Dried parsley
   2 tsp  Onion granules
   1 tsp  Dried dill
   1 tsp  Dried chives
   1 tsp  Garlic granules
   1/2 tsp  Salt
   1/2 tsp  Freshly¬†ground black pepper


  Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180'c.
  Step 2
In a frying pan fry bacon in the oil until crispy, remove bacon with a slotted spoon then set aside to cool keep the oil.
  Step 3
Add & mix ranch seasoning in a bowl & set aside.
  Step 4
Place potato wedges in a bowl, pour in oil from the bacon only not bacon pieces yet, & the ranch seasoning & mix well.
  Step 5
Place wedges evenly on a baking sheet or roasting tin & bake for about 25 to 30 mins or until cooked, bunch up the wedges together sprinkle over crisp bacon & the cheese, place back in the over for 2 to 3 mins to melt the cheese & serve.

Suggestion & Tips

Classic old school recipe, goes well with a stake or chicken.
