Ingredients & Prep

   400 g  Carrots cut into batons
   3 Sweet/bell pepper cut into batons
   1 Onion med sliced
   3 tbsp  Dark soy sauce
   2 tbsp  Sake wine
   1 tbsp  Mirin
   1 tbsp  Sesame seeds
   1 tbsp  Toasted sesame oil
   2 tsp  Brown sugar
   1 Garlic¬†clove grated
   1 tbsp  Groundnut or veg oil


  Step 1
In a bowl add soy sauce, sake, mirin & sugar, mix well to dissolve sugar.
  Step 2
Place a wok on a high heat, add oil, garlic & sesame seed stir then straightaway add carrots, onion & sweet pepper, toss or stir for 2 minutes, then add soy mixture toss or stir for 3 mins, then tip on a serving plate.

Suggestion & Tips

You can use veg of choice.
