Ingredients & Prep
1 Cauliflower head cut into florets
3 tbsp
Thai sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp
Sriracha or hot chilli sauce
1 tbsp
Lime juice
2 Garlic cloves finely grated
15 g
Fresh coriander chopped
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan.
Step 2
Cook florets in boiling salted water for 3 mins, drain into a colander then allow to steam dry & cool.
Step 3
Place sweet chilli sauce, siracha sauce, lime juice, & garlic into a good sized bowl, mix then add cooked cauliflower & coriander, toss/mix altogether to coat.
Step 4
Lay florets out on a baking sheet or tray & bake for 12 mins or until just coloured.
Suggestion & Tips
You could use tenderstem Broccoli.
