Ingredients & Prep

   1200 g  Maris piper potatoes cut into chips
   1 tsp  Ground turmeric
   1 tsp  Fenugreek powder
  Garnish
   2 tsp  Chat masala
   1 Red chilli finely chopped
   sprinkle  Fresh coriander chopped
   1/2 Red onion finely sliced
   1 tsp  Salt

Method

  Step 1
For the fenugreek fries, cut & blanch chips in salted boiling water for 8 mins, drain & allow to cool, mix fenugreek & turmeric powder sprinkle over chips then carefully rub into the chips then deep fry in oil for about 8 mins until golden, sprinkle over salt, coriander, onion, & chat masala.
