Ingredients & Prep

Carrots peeled
110 g
Butter unsalted
3 tbsp
Honey runny
4 tbsp
Garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper freshly ground
Garnish

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180'c, butter a non-stick baking pan.
Step 2
Cut carrots into 5 cm sticks (approx.). Heat a frying pan on a med heat, add the butter & garlic, cook for 1 min then add carrots & toss in the butter, add salt & pepper then cook carrots for 10 mins giving them a stir occasionally.
Step 3
Take carrots off the heat, add honey & coat carrots with the honey butter mixture, tip into baking pan, even out across the pan, bake in the oven for 15 to 20 mins, watch them closely, do not allow to get too brown.
Step 4
Place carrots into a serving bowl & garnish.
Suggestion & Tips
You can add some fresh thyme if you wish.
