Ingredients & Prep

   250 ml  Water
   200 ml  Full fat milk
   100 ml  Double cream
   175 g  Polenta (cornmeal)
   80 g  Butter unsalted
   100 g  Cheddar cheese grated
   50 g  Parmesan cheese grated
   1 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper
   1/2 tsp  Salt

Method

  Step 1
Place milk, water, salt & Polenta in to a lidded saucepan, turn on to a med heat & stir until its starts to boil, then turn down the heat to low, place lid on & cook for 20 mins stie the Polenta every 3 to 4 minutes.
  Step 2
When cooked add cream & both cheeses & stir in & cook stirring for 1 minute, take off the heat add butter & pepper, stir in until all combines & serve hot.

Suggestion & Tips

You can spread out polenta to 8m thick allow to go cold in the fridge, then cut either into chips or patties & fry to golden brown.
