Ingredients & Prep

   900 g  Potatoes peeled then cut into chunks
   100 g  Butter
   100 ml  Double cream
   1 tbsp  Dijon Mustard
   1 tbsp  Wholegrain Mustard
   1 tsp  Salt
   1 tsp  White pepper ground


  Step 1
Place potatoes in water in a sauce pan & boil for 20 min.
  Step 2
Drain potatoes in a colander & allow to cool until no more steam comes off.
  Step 3
Mash potatoes with a potato ricer (best) or use a masher until smooth in the sauce pan, add butter, cream salt, pepper, both mustards, mix well with a wooden spoon, place pan back on a med heat & stir well especially in the corners of the pan until mash is hot.

Suggestion & Tips

Good with Pork dishes & Sausages.
