Ingredients & Prep

   400 g  Potato mash cooked
   4 Bacon rashers chopped
   1 Garlic clove grated
   150 g  Brussels Sprouts cooked chopped
   1 Onion finely sliced
   2 tbsp  Flour
   1 tsp  Black pepper freshly ground
   2 tbsp  Veg oil

Method

  Step 1
Place mash potato in a bowl & set aside.
  Step 2
In a non-stick frying pan fry bacon on a med heat until crispy in oil, remove with a slotted spoon, tip bacon on mash, now fry onions & garlic until light brown, remove with slotted spoon & put with the potato mash.
  Step 3
Add Brussels Sprouts, flour & pepper to the bowl & mix all together trying to break up sprouts a bit, then form mixture into patties 3 cm deep & 8 cm to 10 cm across.
  Step 4
Fry patties in the same pan adding more fat if required until patties are golden brown on both sides.
