Ingredients & Prep
1/2 White cabbage head finely sliced/shredded
1 Carrot med cut into thin strips
90 g
Mayonnaise
15 g
Fresh parsley chopped
1 tbsp
Cider vinegar
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp
Celery salt
1/2 tsp
Caster sugar
1/4 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Place sliced cabbage & carrot in a bowl.
Step 2
In another bowl mix together mayo, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, sugar, parsley & black pepper.
Step 3
Next tip 2/3 of the mayo mixture into the cabbage & mix together, if still dry add more mayo to get the preferred ratio.

Very nice on a hot day with a BBQ.
