Ingredients & Prep
1/2 Cucumber large
360 g
Plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 Garlic clove finely grated
2 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
White vinegar
2 tbsp
Fresh dill finely chopped
1/2 tsp
Salt
Method
Step 1
Grate the cucumber, the place in a tea towel, twist & squeeze out as much of the water as you can in to the sink.
Step 2
In a bowl add the cucumber & all the rest of the ingredients & mix well together.
Step 3
Spoon into serving bowl/s.
Suggestion & Tips
Very nice with flat-bread or crudités. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
