Ingredients & Prep

   300 ml  Rapeseed oil
   60 g  Garlic cloves chopped
   2 tbsp  Lemon juice
   2 tsp  Water
   1/4 tsp  Salt

Method

  Step 1
Place garlic, lemon juice, water & salt in a mini food processor & blitz to a paste, then drizzle in the oil like making mayo, place in serving bowl.

Suggestion & Tips

Similar to Aioli, used on kebabs.
