Ingredients & Prep

   120 g  Mayonnaise
   2 tbsp  Boiling water
   2 Garlic cloves very finely grated
   2 tsp  Lemon juice
   1/4 tsp  Dijon mustard
   1 pinch  Saffron
   1 pinch  Salt

Method

  Step 1
Place the saffron in a mixing bowl & pour on boiling water & let it steep for 10 mins.
  Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients mix, done.

Suggestion & Tips

Great with fish/shellfish dishes. Best to make your own mayo.
