Ingredients & Prep

   200 ml  Whole milk
   60 ml  Double cream
   40 g  Fresh Parsley finely chopped
   25 g  Butter unsalted
   2 tbsp  Flour (level)
   2 tsp  Lemon juice
   1/4 tsp  Salt
   1/4 tsp  Ground white pepper

Method

  Step 1
Place a saucepan the butter & flour, then on a med/low heat melt the butter & mix in the flour until it bubbles, take off the heat to cool, chop parsley & add with lemon juice, salt & pepper & mix, add cream & mix then add milk & mix.
  Step 2
When ready place the pan on a med heat, bring to a simmer stirring all the time, then let is bubble for 1 minute done.

Suggestion & Tips

Great with white fish or ham/gammon.
