Tomatoes halved
120 tbsp
Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp
Sherry vinegar
50 g
Almonds
35 g
Hazelnuts
2 Red chillies large chopped
30 g
Crusty bread
2 Garlic clove chopped
1/4 tsp
Salt
Method
Step 1
Place nuts into a dry frying pan & toast to golden brown.
Step 2
Place tomatoes under a hot grill until skin blackens.
Step 3
Place nuts, garlic & bread into a food processor & blitz to a fine paste, then add tomatoes, chillies, vinegar & oil & blitz to a smooth paste, done.
Suggestion & Tips
Used a either a salad dressing or on grilled fish & meats.
