Ingredients & Prep

   300 ml  Stout or dark beer
   100 ml  Malt vinegar
   50 g  Dark brown sugar
   40 g  Yellow mustard powder
   25 g  Yellow mustard seeds
   25 g  Black mustard seeds
   25 g  Golden syrup
   1 tsp  Ground turmeric
   1 tsp  Salt

Method

  Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a saucepan, place over a med heat stir & bring to a simmer for 5 mins, take off the heat & allow to cool.
  Step 2
Using a hand/stick blender blitz until smooth or place in a food processor & blitz smooth.
  Step 3
if you wish to keep, sterilise jar/s place blitzed dip back I the pan, bring to a simmer pore into jars lid on, allow to cool then refrigerate for up to 2 months.

Suggestion & Tips

Excellent with fries & sausages or both. Just the job for hot dogs.
