Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp
Light brown sugar
30 ml
Rice wine vinegar
2 Garlic clove finely grated
1 Spring onion finely chopped
2 tbsp
Fresh coriander finely chopped

Toasted sesame seed oil
Method
Step 1
Simple just whisk all liquid together in a bowl, then mix in garlic, spring onion & coriander.
