rice vinegar

tomato ketchup

soy sauce light

cornflour
1 tsp
water
Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients apart from the cornflour & water into a saucepan, bring to a slow simmer, mix cornflour & water together first then add it to the pan, mix in & stir until it thickens.
Suggestion & Tips
Classic sauce to go with battered chicken, pork, as a dip etc, or in a stir fry.
