Ingredients & Prep

   125 ml  pineapple juice
   80 g  caster sugar
   40 g  rice vinegar
   2 tbsp  tomato ketchup
   1 tbsp  soy sauce light
   1/2 tsp  chilli powder
   1 tsp  cornflour
   1 tsp  water

Method

  Step 1
Place all the ingredients apart from the cornflour & water into a saucepan, bring to a slow simmer, mix cornflour & water together, add it to the pan, mix in & stir until it thickens.

Suggestion & Tips

Classic sauce to go with battered chicken, pork, as a dip etc, or in a stir fry.
