50 ml
lime juice
2 tbsp
rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp
soy sauce light
1 tbsp
fish sauce
1 garlic clove finely grated
1 tbsp
fresh coriander finely chopped
1 tbsp
cucumber finely chopped
1/2 fresh hot red chilli very finely chopped
50 ml
caster sugar or honey
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved, add more or less chilli to you taste.
Suggestion & Tips
Classic dipping sauce. You can get kcap manis from most supermarkets, if not replace with dark soy sauce & add some black treacle 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
