Ingredients & Prep

   200 g  Green sweet/bell pepper finely chopped
   200 g  Mayonnaise
   50 g  Cornichons finely chopped
   2 tbsp  Capers in brine drained
   1 tbsp  Lemon juice
   1/2 tsp  Dried tarragon
   1/2 Lemon zest
   1/2 tsp  Salt
   1/2 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  Step 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl & mix, done.

Suggestion & Tips

Nice with fish. Will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
