Ingredients & Prep

   200 g  Cherry tomatoes tinned finely chopped
   15 g  Fresh coriander with stalks finely chopped
   2 Banana Shallots finely chopped
   1 tbsp  Pickled jalapeño chilli finely chopped
   1/2 Green large mild chilli very finely chopped
   1 tbsp  Tomato puree
   1 Garlic clove finely grated
   1 tbsp  Lime juice
   1 tbsp  Extra virgin olive oil
   1 tsp  Agave Syrup or sugar
   1/2 tsp  Salt
   1/4 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  Step 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl & mix together well
