Ingredients & Prep

   5 tbsp  Olive Oil
   2 tbsp  Cider Vinegar
   1 tbsp  Lemon juice
   2 tsp  Golden syrup or agave nectar
   2 tsp  Water
   1 Garlic clove finely grated
   1 tsp  English Mustard
   1 tsp  Dried Tarragon
   1 tsp  Dried Basil
   1/2 tsp  Salt
   1/2 tsp  Black Pepper


  Step 1
Place Vinegar, lemon juice, water, Tarragon, Basil, salt, pepper & mustard, but not the oil into a clean jam jar & give it a good shake with the lid on, then leave the flavours to defuse for an hour, then add the oil & give it another good shake.

Suggestion & Tips

Best made a few hours before use, shake again just before serving.
