Ingredients & Prep

   250 g  chickpeas tinned drained weight (250g in 400g tin)
   140 g  tahini
   2 lemon juice
   1 garlic clove chopped
   2 tbsp  olive oil
   1/2 salt
   sprinkle  extra virgin olive oil
   sprinkle  paprika


  Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or in the tall contained & blitz until you have a smooth paste, put in a serving bowl drizzle over olive oil & sprinkle on paprika.
