Ingredients & Prep

tomato ketchup

water

cider vinegar
2 tbsp
Bourbon whisky
50 g
dark brown sugar
2 garlic cloves finely grated
1 tbsp
smoked paprika
1/4 tsp
cumin ground
1/2 tsp
chilli powder
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tbsp
Veg oil
Method
Step 1
Heat a saucepan on a med heat, add oil & garlic, fry for a minute or until it just starts to colour, add whisky & reduce by half, add water & the rest of the ingredients, bring to a simmer turn down the heat to low & cook for 20 min stirring often.
