Coconut milk
1 tbsp
Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp
Thai Sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp
Lime juice
2 Light soy sauce
2 tsp
Thai fish sauce
1 tsp
Fresh ginger finely grated
Method
Step 1
Place coconut milk & curry paste in a saucepan over a low heat, stir bring to a slow simmer & cook for 30 seconds, turn off the heat & add the rest of the ingredients while still hot, done.
Suggestion & Tips
Vegans can use vegan fish sauce (seaweed one).
