1 Green sweet/bell pepper chopped
2 Garlic cloves chopped

Mayonnaise
60 g
Sour cream

Extra-virgin olive oil

Fresh coriander chopped
2 tsp
Lime juice
1 tsp
Cider vinegar
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Place chilli, sweet pepper, coriander, garlic, cider, lime juice, olive oil salt & pepper into a food processor & blitz to smooth, tip into a bowl then mix in mayo & sour cream, done.

Used on grilled meats.
