Ingredients & Prep

   2 Skinless chicken breasts
   1 tsp  Chinese five spice powder
   2 Garlic clove finely grated
   1 tsp  Sesame oil
   2 pinch  Salt
   2 tbsp  Groundnut oil or veg oil for frying
   400 g  Chinese cabbage stalks removed finely chopped
   1 Carrot large peeled & grated
   200 g  Pre cooked noodles
   4 Spring onions finely chopped
   3 tbsp  Rice wine vinegar
   2 tbsp  Soy sauce
   1 tbsp  Sriracha sauce
   1 tbsp  Sesame oil
   1 tbsp  Runny honey
   1 tsp  Freshly grated ginger
   1/4 tsp  Ground white pepper


  Step 1
Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl.
  Step 2
In another bowl make the dressing, add the sesame oil & white pepper & whisk together, then add the rest of the dressing ingredients & whisk together, then pour into the salad & mix well with the salad, then set aside to marinate while you cook the chicken.
  Step 3
Place chicken into a bowl & add garlic, five spice powder, sesame oil & salt, the massage into the meat, heat a frying pan on low to med heat, add oil & cook for 15 mins turn often, allow to rest, on a chopping board then cut into thin slices.
  Step 4
Add chicken sliced to the dressed salad mix in & serve.

Suggestion & Tips

You can use Beef or Pork for this one.
