Ingredients & Prep
300 ml
almond milk unsweetened
2 1/2 tbsp
cornflour
230 ml
coconut milk
175 g
rice malt syrup or golden syrup
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch
turmeric ground for colour (optional)
Method
Step 1
Slate/mix cornflour with a little of the almond milk.
Step 2
In a non-stick saucepan (best), cut vanilla pod in half along its length, place with all the ingredients in & heat on low & stir constantly to stop it burning/catching on the bottom until thick, remove vanilla pod halves.

Have with vegan puddings.
