Ingredients & Prep

   400 ml  coconut cream
   400 tbsp  coconut milk
   300 g  pumpkin puree tinned
   120 ml  maple syrup
   60 g  brown sugar
   1 pinch  cinnamon ground
   1 pinch  ginger ground
   1 pinch  nutmeg
   1 pinch  allspice ground
   1 pinch  cloves ground

Method

  Step 1
Place coconut milk & sugar into a bowl & whisk until the sugar has dissolved, the add all the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
  Step 2
Pour into a ice cream maker & churn until soft frozen then put into a lidded container & freeze.
  Step 3
Take out 20 mins before scooping & serving.

Suggestion & Tips

Very tasty on its own or with chocolate puds..
