Toasted flaked almonds

Golden raisins

Filling
300 g
Cashew butter
150 ml
Almond milk
50 g
Coconut oil warm
40 g
Agave or golden syrup
2 Lemons juiced & zested
Method
Step 1
Place almons, coconut oil, salt & raisins in a food processor & blitz to a course crumb, then tip into a 23cm loose bottom tart tin, spread out & pat down base evenly, place in the fridge to chill.
Step 2
Place all the filling ingredients into a food processor & blitz smooth.
Step 3
Tip filling onto the base & smooth out with a palate knife then put in the fridge to chill for 3 hours.
Suggestion & Tips
You could use lime instead of lemon.
