Ingredients & Prep
600 ml
Double cream
120 g
Caster sugar
7 g
Gelatine powder
2 tbsp
Instant espresso powder
Method
Step 1
In a bowl mix caster sugar, coffee with gelatine powder.
Step 2
Place the cream in a saucepan over low to med heat, stir & simmer for 1 minute, take off the heat & allow to cool a little then add sugar/coffee mix & stir until all has dissolved.
Step 3
Pour into ramakins or small pudding moulds like dariole ones if you wish to turn out later.
Step 4
Allow to cool then put in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
Suggestion & Tips
Gelatine powder is better then leaves. Gelatine is a meet product, for vegetarians use Agar Agar powder,
