Ingredients & Prep

   500 g  Fresh tuna cut into 2 cm pieces?
   2 Garlic cloves thinly sliced?
   1 Onion large halved and ?thinly sliced?
   2 Bay leave
   3 tbsp  Water
   2 tbsp  Sherry vinegar?
   1/2 tsp  Oregano? dried
   1 tsp  Smoked paprika?
   1/2 tsp  Salt
   3 tbsp  Extra virgin olive oil?

Method

  Step 1
Heat a frying pan on a med heat, add olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaf, oregano & paprika & cook until onion is soft & just starting to colour, about 20 mins.

  Step 2
Add vinegar & water, stir, then add tuna & cook covered for about 3 to 5 mins to cook the tuna.

Suggestion & Tips

Serve with a nice salad & or fries.
