Ingredients & Prep

   800 g  Fresh tuna cut 200g stakes
   60 ml  Orange juice
   60 g  Soy sauce
   2 tbsp  Olive oil
   2 tbsp  Lemon juice
   2 tbsp  Fresh parsley chopped
   1 Garlic clove finely grated
   1 tsp  Fresh oregano chopped
   1 tsp  Black pepper ground


  Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, coat each stake in the marinade & leave stakes in the bowl, place in a fridge for at least 30 mins.
  Step 2
Heat either in a non-stick ribbed griddle pan (best) or a normal non-stick frying pan on a high heat, brush pan with the oil & fry stakes for 3 to 6 mins per side depending on how you like it cooked. You could grill if you prefer.

Suggestion & Tips

Serve with a nice salad & or fries.
