Ingredients & Prep
4 Pork chops
200 g
Button mushrooms sliced
1/2 Onion finely chopped
350 ml
Water
1 Chicken Stock cube or gel pot
30 g
Butter unsalted
80 ml
Double cream
2 Garlic clove grated
1 tbsp
Flour
2 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Hot sauce of choice
1 tbsp
Olive oil
1/2 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper
Garnish
sprinkle
Fresh chopped Parsley
Method
Step 1
Heat a lidded frying pan on a med heat with olive oil, dust chops with paprika & fry chops on both sides for 4 mins, then remove & set aside.
Step 2
In the same pan add butter, onion, garlic & mushrooms & cook for 3 mins stirring often, then sprinkle over flour & mix in, then add water, stock cube, hot sauce & cream mix in then add chops back in & cover pan & cook for 10 mins, serve & garnish,
Suggestion & Tips
You can use cream fraise instead of cream or use Chicken or the Pork.
