Ingredients & Prep

   2 Duck breasts , cut into thin strips
   1 tbsp  Fresh ginger finely grated
   1 tbsp  Fresh Garlic finely grated
   1 Reg chilli thinly sliced
   6 Spring onion finely sliced at an angle
   500 g  Pak Choi
   1 tbsp  Soy sauce
   1 tbsp  Honey runny
   2 tbsp  Oyster sauce
   1 tsp  Sesame oil
   2 tbsp  Groundnut oil
   1 tsp  Cornflour
   2 tbsp  Water

Method

  Step 1
• Get a wok really hot & add 2 tsp oil. Carefully tip in the duck and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon. Add 1 tsp more oil & tip in the ginger, garlic, chilli, half the spring onions & the Pak Choi. Cook until it's wilted.
  Step 2
Add the soy, honey & oyster sauce and add the duck back into the wok then bubble for a minute. Mix the cornflour with water stir together until smooth, add to the wok & cook until the sauce thickens & becomes glossy, add sesame oil stir in then sprinkle over the remaining spring onions before serving.

Suggestion & Tips

You can use Chicken or Lamb or Seafood, have with rice or Noodles.
