Ingredients & Prep
1 Fresh prepared trout fillets
1 Lemon cut in slices
30 g
Fresh Dill chopped
2 Garlic clove finely grated
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Freshly ground Black pepper
2 tbsp
Olive oil
Method
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200°C fan.
Step 2
Cut 4 cut/slashes down each side of the fish, then in a bowl add oil, garlic & salt n pepper mix, rub oil mixture inside & out of the fish.
Step 3
Cut lemon slice into pieces so the fit in the slashes then push in a pinch of dill, do this down each side, with remaining lemon slice & dill fill the cavity of the fish & lay over the skin.
Step 4
Place fish into a baking tray & bake for 20 mins or until just cooked, then serve.
Suggestion & Tips
Nice with new potatoes & Asparagus.
