Ingredients & Prep

60 ml whiskey

30 ml lemon juice

1 egg white (optional)

1 tsp caster sugar

4 ice cubes

Method

Step 1

If you are you are using egg white place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker apart from the ice, dry shake (this means shake without ice) first shake well a then add the ice & shake again.

Step 2

Pour over more ice in the glass.

Suggestion & Tips

Best to use a strainer for this one when pouring in the glass.
