frozen strawberries

lime juice

caster sugar
2 fresh lime slices cut centre to edge
Method
Step 1
Place rum, lime juice, caster sugar & frozen strawberries in a liquidiser & blitz to a pulp.
Step 2
Use frozen cocktail glasses, garnish with sliced & cut lime pushed on the rim.
