Ingredients & Prep

   120 ml  rye whiskey
   2 tsp  caster sugar
   1/2 tsp  Absinthe
   1/8 tsp  Peychaud's bitters
   2 lemon peel piece


  Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a jug or glass.
  Step 2
Pour into a ice cold glasses with twisted lemon peel.

Suggestion & Tips

Use a potato peeler for the lemon peel.
