Ingredients & Prep
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
4 tsp instant espresso coffee powder
450 ml whole milk
to taste light brown sugar
Place milk & peanut butter in a saucepan on a med heat, as its heating whisk in the peanut butter, when it come to the boil & rises in the pan take off the heat, add coffee & whisk in.
Pour into cup/mug of tall latte glasses & sweeten with brown sugar if required.
Suggestion & Tips
You can add two shots of espresso per cup if you have a machine.
