Ingredients & Prep
120 ml
bourbon whisky
1/2 tsp
Angostura bitters
2 tsp
caster sugar
1 orange peel piece twisted
Method
Step 1
In a glass or cocktail shaker add the whisky, bitters & sugar, shake or mix until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2
With a potato peeler, cut off a 4 cm strip off the orange peel, twist with you fingers to release the oil curl & add to the glass, have with ice.
