60 ml white rum

15 ml lime juice

10 g agarve nectar

6 fresh mint leaves

2 fresh lime slices cut centre to edge

to taste crushed ice

4 ice cubes

Step 1

Place rum, line juice, agarve nectar, mint leaves & ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, give a good shake.

Step 2

Fill glasses with crush ice, pour in mojito & slip a slice of lime on the edge of the glasses.

Easy classic Mexican cocktail, garnish with some more fresh mint.
