Ingredients & Prep

   100 ml  Bourbon whisky (Jack Daniels)
   200 ml  Boiling water
   2 tsp  Dried sage
   2 tbsp  Maple syrup
   2 tbsp  Lemon juice


  Step 1
You will need two jugs for this one, put dried sage & boiling water in one & allow to infuse for 5 minutes, then pour sage tea through a tea strainer or sieve into the other to remove bits.
  Step 2
To the tea add maple syrup, whisky & lemon juice, stir & serve hot.

Suggestion & Tips

Clear cups are nice to serve in.
