Ingredients & Prep
200 g
mango peeled chopped
3 tbsp
lemon juice
500 ml
sparkling or soda water
4 tbsp
golden syrup
to taste
crushed ice
Garnish
6 lemon slices
12 fresh mint leaves
Method
Step 1
Place mango, golden syrup & lemon juice into a liquidiser or food processor & blitz until a smooth puree, place a sieve above a bowl, strain liquid, push remaining syrup liquid out of the pulp with the back of a spoon.
Step 2
Pour mango puree into a jug & chill in the fridge, when cold gently add sparkling/soda water & mix in.
Step 3
Place crush ice in glasses, pour over with Mocktail & garnish.
Suggestion & Tips
You can make the mango puree in advance. You can use mango juice from shop.
