250 ml
Cider
180 ml
Dark rum
1 tbsp
Bourbon whisky (Jack Daniels)
2 tbsp
Pineapple juice
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Runny honey or sugar
2 Cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
1 Star anise pod
Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a saucepan & over a med heat stir & bring to a simmer, then turn off the heat & set aside for 10 mins to infuse then serve.
Suggestion & Tips
Best drunk warm not hot. Spiced rum is best like Don Papa.
